A website that loads before they bounce.

Fast, mobile-first, click-to-call, quote form above the fold. Your site's one job is turning a visitor into a quote request before they hit the back button, not winning a design award. I build it for a flat $297, one time. Not a typo.

This page is the demo: static, fast, and built the same way I'd build yours.

$297 flat, one time, no five-figure agency quote Run by an exterior cleaning operator, not an agency Static builds, no WordPress plugin bloat Real numbers when we have them, never invented ones

Your website is probably a tax

Slow WordPress theme, a plugin update that broke something six months ago, a contact form buried under three scrolls, no phone number until the footer. Most exterior cleaning sites don't lose leads. They leak them before anyone even sees the phone number.

Every second your page takes to load is money. A one-second delay costs roughly 7% of conversions industry-wide, on an exterior cleaning site that's quote requests that never got submitted, not just a slower scroll.

Speed is money, not a nice-to-have

This isn't a hunch, it's some of the most consistent data in web conversion research.

~7%

drop in conversions for every 1-second delay in page load.

the conversion rate for sites that pass Core Web Vitals vs. those that don't.

48%

of mobile sites pass all three Core Web Vitals, a fast site is still an edge, not table stakes.

What we actually build

No page builder, no plugin stack, no monthly hosting fees you didn't ask for.

Static, hand-built site

No WordPress, no database, no plugin that breaks on update day. Just fast-loading pages hosted on a CDN.

3-field quote form, above the fold

Name, phone, and one qualifier, nothing that makes a homeowner quit halfway through on their phone in a parking lot.

Click-to-call everywhere

The phone number isn't hiding in a footer, it's in the header, it's tappable, and it works the same on mobile as on desktop.

Booking integration, if you want it

Calendar booking built in for customers who'd rather self-serve than wait for a callback.

How it works

Four steps from first call to a live site.

  1. Content and structure

We map out the pages you actually need, services, service area, and the offer that gets someone to fill out the form.

    Takes: 3–5 days

  2. Build it, fast by default

Static pages, optimized images, no bloated frameworks, speed is a build requirement, not an afterthought.

    Takes: 1–2 weeks

  3. Launch and speed-test

We check load time and mobile usability before it goes live, not after you notice something's slow.

    Deliverable: live, tested site

  4. Maintain and update

Content changes, new service-area pages, and fixes handled , you don't need to touch a CMS to update your own site.

    Cadence: as needed

Fair questions, straight answers

Seriously, $297? What's the catch?

No catch. It's a flat one-time build. I can do it at that price because the sites are static, fast, and built on a system I've already refined, no bloated agency process to pay for. And if you book ads or SEO with me, the site can be your free plus-one instead. It's also included free in The Works bundle.

Do I need to host it myself?

No, I handle hosting on a fast CDN as part of the build. You own the domain; I manage where it points.

Can you update my current site instead of rebuilding it?

Depends what it's built on. If it's a slow WordPress site, a rebuild is usually faster and cheaper long-term than untangling years of plugins. We'll tell you honestly which makes sense after we look at it.

Does this include SEO?

The build itself is SEO-friendly by default, fast, structured, mobile-first. Ongoing local SEO and Google Business Profile work is a separate service if you want the deeper push.

How fast is "fast," really?

We're targeting sub-second first paint and passing Core Web Vitals, the same bar Google uses to decide whether your site is fast enough to reward with ranking.

What if I need online booking or payments later?

We build the site to add those in without a rebuild, booking widgets and payment links slot in as your business needs them.

Pairs well with

A fast site still needs traffic and a reason to rank.
