Questions people actually ask.
I get these questions from almost every owner I talk to. Here are my honest answers on pricing, contracts, timelines, and how this actually works. If yours isn't here, ask me directly, it takes two minutes.
Pricing & contracts
How much does this cost?
Meta ad management is $597/mo plus ad spend, SEO and Google
Business Profile work is $397/mo, and email marketing is $197/mo. Bundle all three
as The Works for $897/mo and I'll throw in a free website and free CRM access. Full
details are on the pricing page.
What's The Works?
It's my bundle: Meta ads, SEO/GBP, and email marketing together
for $897/mo, instead of $1,191/mo if you bought them separately. You also get a free
website build and free CRM access on top of that, which puts the real value over
$1,220/mo. It's where most owners end up once they've tried one piece of it.
What's the plus-one deal?
Book any one paid service and I'll add a second one free for a
month: a free month of ad management, a free GBP optimization, or a free website
build, whichever you'd rather try. No card required for the free one. Think of it as
a second service on me.
What's the CRM?
It's your client portal. Log in and see your leads, your jobs,
and your reports in one place, without waiting on a text or an email from me. It's
$29/mo by itself, or included free for life with The Works.
Is there a contract, or can I cancel anytime?
Everything is month-to-month. Give me 30 days' notice and
you're out, no retention call, no early-termination fee, no fine print designed to
trap you.
Is ad spend included in your price?
No. Your ad spend goes directly to your own Meta account,
separate from my management fee. I don't touch it or take a cut of it, so you can
see exactly where every dollar goes.
What's the cheapest way to get started?
Start with one service instead of the bundle, usually ads if
you need leads fast, or SEO if you're playing the longer game. Add the rest once the
first thing is paying for itself, or grab the plus-one offer and try a second one on me.
Do you take a percentage of my ad spend?
No. Flat monthly fee regardless of budget. A percentage cut
gives an agency a reason to want you spending more. I'd rather be judged on whether
the spend is working.
Timelines
How fast will I start seeing leads?
Ad campaigns typically go live within days of kickoff, and
most owners see the first leads inside the first one to two weeks. I tune weekly
from there. The first version of a campaign is rarely the best version.
How long until SEO actually works?
Honestly, longer than ads. Meaningful local ranking movement
usually takes 60 to 90 days, with compounding gains after that. It's the trade-off:
slower to build, but it keeps producing leads even in months you're not spending
on ads.
How fast can you launch a new website?
Most single-service-area sites are live within 2 to 3 weeks of
getting your content and photos. Bigger sites with multiple service pages take a
bit longer.
How ads & marketing actually work
What platforms do you run ads on?
Mainly Meta, Facebook and Instagram, chosen because it's where
most exterior cleaning customers are already scrolling and where before-and-after
content performs best. I'm not loyal to one platform, I'm loyal to whatever books
your calendar.
How do you make sure the leads are actually good, not just cheap clicks?
I track leads to the phone call and the booked job, not the
click. Campaigns get built around your actual service area and the jobs you want
more of, and I tune weekly based on which leads convert, not just which ones are
cheapest to generate.
Who writes and shoots the ad creative?
I do, native-feeling crops, UGC-style and static, built around
your actual work. Creative gets refreshed every 2 to 3 weeks so ads don't go stale
and start costing more for the same result.
What's a Google Business Profile and why does it matter?
It's the free listing that shows up when someone searches
"pressure washing near me" or "window cleaning near me": map pin, reviews, photos,
hours. For a lot of local businesses it's become the new homepage. More people check
it than click through to an actual website.
What does email marketing actually do for me?
It keeps past customers coming back without you having to
remember to reach out. Seasonal reminders, like gutters before fall, review requests,
referral pushes, and win-back campaigns for customers who've gone quiet. Repeat
bookings without extra ad spend.
Who I work with
Do you only work with pressure washing companies?
That's where PFMarkets started. I run a pressure washing and
exterior cleaning company myself, and the same system works for soft washing and
window cleaning too. If you're not sure it's a fit, ask, I'll tell you straight.
Do you work outside Upstate South Carolina?
Yes. I'm based in Upstate SC and work hands-on with local
companies here, but ads, SEO, and websites are all run remotely for clients
nationwide.
What if I've been burned by an agency before?
You're not the first one to tell me that, and you won't be
the last. That's exactly why everything is month-to-month, why I show real numbers
instead of vague "engagement," and why the free audit exists, so you can see how I
work before you pay me anything.
