Here's what actually happens after you sign.
No mystery onboarding, no 40-page welcome PDF. This is the week-by-week version of the first 90 days, plus how we report and how you reach us.
Same process whether you're our first client this month or our fiftieth.
The first 90 days
Broken into weeks because "month one" hides too much. Here's the actual sequence.
-
01
Week 1, Setup
Google Business Profile audit, ad accounts connected, tracking installed, and a short call to confirm your service area, your slow season, and what "a good lead" looks like for your crew.
-
02
Week 2, Launch
First campaigns go live. First creative crops ship. If we're building a site, wireframes go out for your sign-off before anything's coded.
-
03–4
Weeks 3–4, Calibrate
We're watching cost per lead and lead quality daily. Targeting, budget, and creative get adjusted based on what's actually converting, not left alone to "gather data" for a month.
-
05–8
Weeks 5–8, Scale what works
Budget shifts toward the campaigns and creative pulling real bookings. New ad variations refresh on a 2–3 week cycle so nothing goes stale mid-flight.
-
09–12
Weeks 9–12, Compound
Local SEO starts showing up in ranking movement. Reviews are accumulating. We put together a 90-day review: what worked, what didn't, and what the next quarter looks like.
Reporting cadence
Frequency drops once the first-90-days calibration period is over, not because we stop watching, but because weekly reports on a stable account are just noise.
First 90 days: weekly
A short update every week, leads, spend, cost per lead, and what changed. Long enough to catch a bad week early, short enough that you'll actually read it.
After 90 days: biweekly
Once the account's calibrated, reporting moves to every two weeks. You'll still hear from us the moment something's worth flagging, good or bad, outside that cadence.
How you actually reach us
No support ticket disappearing into a queue. This is how it works day to day.
- Text or call, the same number that answers your questions on day one answers them on day 200.
- No ticket systems. If you have to log in somewhere to ask a question, something's broken.
- You talk to the person running your account, not a rotating support rep reading your file for the first time.
- Slow-to-respond isn't a personality trait we tolerate, expect a reply the same business day.
